What is coconut wax, and why do you use it?
Coconut wax is one of the cleanest burning, most sustainable waxes available. It holds fragrance beautifully, burns longer than many other waxes, and creates a smooth, creamy finish. Plus, it’s biodegradable and eco-friendly.
Are your candles safe for pets and kids?
Yes! We specifically formulated our candles without toxins, phthalates, parabens, or harmful chemicals that can be unsafe for babies, children, pets, or those with sensitivities.
Why does my candle look a little uneven or have frosting?
Since we use all-natural wax, slight variations (like frosting or minor surface changes) are normal and a sign of pure ingredients. They do not affect the scent or burn quality of your candle.
What’s the best way to make my candle last longer?
Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
Burn for 2–4 hours at a time (especially the first burn).
Keep away from drafts, fans, or vents.
Stop burning when only ½ inch of wax remains.

🚚 Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
During high-demand seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take an extra day or two.
✨ Shipping Methods
We primarily ship with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, which typically arrive within 2–4 business days depending on your location.
In warmer months, we may upgrade shipping to a faster service (Priority or 2-Day) to help protect your candles from heat.
🌞 Warm Weather Shipping
To reduce time in transit, we ship orders Monday–Wednesday. This helps prevent packages from sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend.
Candles are packed carefully with protective materials, and in the summer we may add insulation for extra protection.
We recommend bringing your package inside promptly after delivery to avoid extended heat exposure.
